Renegade Food Detailed Shipping Policy

We can only ship to valid street addresses. We cannot ship to PO Boxes, or APO, FPO, and AP addresses.

Important

Shipping policy: Pre-orders will start shipping on September 1st, in the order received. All pre-orders will be shipped out by September 15th and will be delivered within three business days.

Regular orders placed before September 1st will begin shipping September 15th and you will receive an email once your order has shipped. 

Orders placed on August 31st or later will ship within 3 weeks of order placement.

Orders ship out on Mondays and Tuesdays. This means that your order will be delivered on Thursday or Friday. You will receive an email confirmation specifying your shipment and delivery date. 

No substitutions are allowed, and we cannot add to or modify your order once it has been placed.

Products are perishable and must be refrigerated upon arrival. We are not responsible for packages that are received and not immediately refrigerated. As our products are perishable, if immediate refrigeration does not occur and they are no longer consumable you will need to place and pay for a new order. 

If you order as a gift, please tell the recipient to expect the shipment to prevent product spoilage. 
 
Rates
Our shipping rates are based on weight (with insulation and ice packs) and shipment destination (utilizing carrier’s real-time shipping). We don't mark shipping up, it is directly from the carrier. The number of items in your order will impact the shipping rate (HI and AK may have additional rates applied). 
 
Receiving
Our products are packed with the utmost care and attention. It is the buyer’s responsibility to be home on the day of delivery to guarantee packaging and product quality. If in doubt, we encourage orders to be delivered to a business or commercial address. Carrier will not require a signature upon delivery and will
leave the package on your doorstep if you are not home to receive it. To safely consume our products we advise refrigerating the products immediately.
 
Returns
All food sales are final. We are not responsible for damage or loss as a result of shipments being returned to the freight location or being undeliverable as a result of an incorrect address. It is the buyer’s responsibility to provide the correct shipping address, phone number, and email address. Carriers do not ship to P.O.
boxes or APO, FPO, and AP addresses. Renegade Food is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. 
 
International
We do not ship outside of the United States due to customs issues as our products are perishable.
